Product Information: All products are made in a pet/smoke free home. Each product is handmade, with lots of love; by me. Please Note: Products may have small pieces, that pose a choking hazard; so please monitor your children and pet while they are wearing/using them. 

Placing your order: Please send me an email to TeeniesCreations@gmail.com or call (732)505-0495.
(Please do not leave orders on the answering machine; as I have a hearing problem).
When ordering, please use the name/model # under the picture.

Payment: is accepted in the form of cash, check, or money order. All items will be shipped when payment is cleared (shipping charges depend on your location) . There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks.

Returns/Exchanges: If your item arrives, and it is not what you expected; please contact me within 48 hours. I will be happy to refund your money or do an even exchange (all items must first be returned to me in the exact way it was shipped to you). I will include your shipping charge in most refunds.

Custom Orders: My orders are usually on a custom made basis. However, there may be a time when you would like to order more than one.
Please allow at least one week for up to 5 bows; and two weeks (sometimes we will personally discuss an actual delivery date) for orders of 5 or more bows total.
(please always make sure to check that the ribbon/fabric you want is in stock).
