Hearts 4 Collection Clarification

So, I was on my Facebook Shop Page today; and realized I overlooked something SO important about the collection that I need to share with you now!

The Hearts 4 Collection is specifically designed for anything and anyone that is in our hearts. What I mean by this, and can't believe I forgot to mention; is so simple.

Each time you purchase anything from my Hearts 4 Collection a portion of each sale is going somewhere truly special. In fact with all my orders; a portion of it always goes somewhere special. That's what Teenie's Creations is all about.

This month our Featured parts of the collection are as follows:

Hearts 4 Haiti: 100% of this collection will benefit a missions trip that will send my two cousins; and my aunt to Haiti. There they will help set up meal programs; and activities for children and their families. Both of my cousins have been there before; and their stories are equally amazing! It's a true blessing.


For all other collections that I donate to on a monthly basis....$1.00 of each product sold will benefit that particular foundation.

As I've said before....If there is someone or something you really have a heart for, and I haven't already created it; I would love to work with you on doing so.

Yay April!!!!

We love Spring; but we especially LOVE April! For those of you who may not know; April is Autism Awareness Month. Some of you may even know that every day in our home is Autism Awareness.
Both of my children are on the spectrum, and I am more than proud to say; my children have made SO many people aware of how amazing they are!
For the month of April, 50% of each Autism Awareness purchase will benefit your choice of either Parents Of Autistic Children (P.O.A.C) or Autism Speaks
Even if you don't have anyone to buy hair accessories for, or you don't know of anyone who would wear a pin; you can still do your part. From this day on try to be more aware, and also make others aware of all the beautiful minds out there.
People don't understand why I won't say my daughter is Autistic. Instead, I always make it a point to explain that she has Autism; but she IS Abygail. My son has Aspberger's; but he IS Steven! It's the little things, like changing the way you phrase something; to truly understanding everything you could possibly know about Autism. You would be amazed at what any amount of silence can do. Just because my daughter may not be very verbal; she speaks in magnitudes. Autism speaks...are you listening?

Happy Easter!

We want to wish you a very Happy Easter! It took awhile to get back on track; but I am so excited to finally get some new pictures up on our Facebook Page. 

I am so excited to announce that we've raised over $30.00 for the Wounded Warrior Project! We will continue to raise funds until July 4th. If you haven't already ordered your Heart For A Hero Pin; you still have time. I will also be posting bows for Wounded Warrior Project and other patriotic designs!

I also wanted to announce the Hearts For Haiti collection. My 2 cousins, and aunt will be traveling to Haiti on a mission trip this summer; and we are helping to raise some funds for them.

New Things Happening!

So, I finally picked up my camera; and am trying to find an SD card that will work in it (ours decided it doesn't wanna anymore).
I got my new business cards, and magnets today; so that was fun.

I will be working on getting some pictures of the bows up tonight (tomorrow night the latest).

One thing that I didn't want to forget is.....We are up to $30.00 for Wounded Warrior Project! If we can do that in just a week's time...Think of how we can do by July 4th!!!! I wish I had some sort of a tally on the side of my page; but I figure, I can just keep everyone updated.

We said goodbye to our friend George this morning. It was a beautiful service; and there were so many people there to honor him. He even sent us a little sun to brighten up our day (I actually had to turn the heat in my house down!).

God Bless the entire Burger family; as you all face this most difficult time. George will certainly be missed by so many people.

My Photos...

I will hopefully have my photos up soon. My daughter was very sick leading into the weekend; and I also, left my camera (with ALL of my bow pictures), at my Mother-in-law's house!

I am currently working on Spring, Summer, Wounded Warrior Project; and Haiti bows. I will hopefully have the photos/pages, back up and running, real soon. (Keep and eye out for my upcoming Vendor Event).

In Memory Of Our Friend George

On Monday we lost our friend George. He was a husband, a father, a grandfather; and all around great guy. We never had to pleasure of knowing George as well as many knew him. However, what I know, for sure; is George loved his family (especially his grandchildren) more than anything in the world. He had a hilarious sense of humor, and every time I had the pleasure of being in his company  he always made me laugh hard! He also loved and proudly served his country. George served our country as a United States Marine.

Summer is getting close; which means it's time to prepare for our Wounded Warrior Project donations. In honor and memory of our friend George; we would like the donations to be in his name. 

From now until July 4th, I will be making the Heart Of Our Heroes pin; and 50% of the proceeds will go to Wounded Warrior Project (for more information; please click the link). We are always so grateful to all the men and women who protect/serve our country. 

As always, I will tell you, if you do not have anyone to buy our hair bows or bow ties for; there are usually other ways to donate as well.
